Privacy at Halenor

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Halenor receives, how it is used, the service providers involved, and the choices available to customers and website visitors.

Effective August 19, 2026

Information Halenor receives

Halenor receives information submitted through the public website, guided intake, secure project pages, support channels, approvals, billing steps, and active services.

  • Contact details, preferred contact method, and project or business identity.
  • Goals, requested features, workflows, content, links, timing, files, instructions, revisions, and approvals.
  • Project, subscription, invoice, payment-status, provider, and support records.
  • Technical and security information such as browser type, device information, request timestamps, IP-derived abuse signals, and errors.

How information is used

  • Create and maintain requests, summaries, secure links, scopes, proposals, approvals, billing records, and support history.
  • Design, build, test, launch, host, monitor, maintain, and improve approved services.
  • Send transactional confirmations, project updates, action requests, billing notices, and support responses.
  • Prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Browser storage, cookies, and analytics

Halenor uses browser storage and similar technologies to preserve intake progress, maintain secure project access, support navigation and accessibility, measure performance, and protect the website. Technologies requiring an additional choice are used with the applicable control.

AI-assisted processing

Halenor may use AI-assisted tools to organize project answers, prepare preliminary summaries, identify open questions, draft working material, and support approved workflows. Output remains subject to review. Contact details are excluded from project-brief generation when they are not needed for that task.

Files and project assets

Files selected during intake are stored in a private project-assets area and associated with the request. Halenor limits file types and size, restricts public database access, and uses the files only for the requested project, security review, support, and required recordkeeping.

Service providers and disclosure

Halenor uses providers for hosting, databases, storage, email, messaging, payments, analytics, security, AI processing, and approved project integrations. Providers receive information needed to perform their function. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transfer, or follow customer instructions.

Halenor does not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers and does not use project information to create unrelated advertising profiles.

Payments

Sensitive card or bank credentials are handled by the approved payment provider. Halenor receives transaction identifiers, status, invoice and customer information, and records needed to operate the approved account and service.

Communications

Halenor uses supplied contact details to respond to requests and operate active projects. A project request does not enroll the customer in recurring marketing. Automated or recurring marketing messages use the consent and opt-out controls applicable to that channel. Transactional messages may continue when needed for an active request, account, payment, or project.

Secure project links

Project and internal review links contain private access tokens. Keep customer links private and notify Halenor if access should be replaced. Internal review links are intended only for authorized Halenor operations. Halenor may rotate, expire, suspend, or replace access to protect the project.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the period needed to operate services, support customers, maintain project and financial records, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. It is then deleted, anonymized, or restricted according to the record type.

Halenor uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the information involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid submitting information that is not needed for the project.

Privacy choices and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with your request or account. Halenor verifies the request before acting and may retain information permitted or required by law. Email support@halenor.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include the request reference when available.

Children and policy updates

Halenor services are designed for adults and business users and are not directed to children under 13. Material updates to this policy are reflected by a new effective date.

Text messaging and mobile information

When you voluntarily text a Halenor-enabled number, or separately provide consent to receive text messages, Halenor may process your mobile number, message content, delivery status, consent or opt-out state, and related messaging records to provide the requested customer-care, transactional, scheduling, support, or approved automation service.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Halenor may provide the minimum information needed to messaging providers, carriers, infrastructure providers, and other processors solely to deliver and secure the requested communications, operate the service, or comply with law.

For recurring Halenor SMS programs, message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Halenor services.

Reply STOP to an applicable automated text program to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored for the applicable messaging program, subject to messages that are legally required or necessary to complete a separately requested transaction where permitted by law.
