Clear approval before billing

Payment Terms

These terms explain Halenor’s standard setup, milestone, recurring, provider-fee, failed-payment, refund, and dispute process. The accepted project scope controls where it states more specific terms.

Effective August 4, 2026

No charge from intake alone

Submitting an intake, generating a project brief, or receiving a preliminary recommendation does not authorize a charge. Billing begins only after the customer receives and accepts the applicable written scope, price, recurring plan, timing, responsibilities, and payment schedule.

Build and setup payments

The accepted scope states whether the one-time build amount is paid upfront, through milestones, or through another written schedule. Work may begin after the required initial payment and customer materials are received. A larger project may use an upfront amount followed by milestone or pre-launch payments.

Recurring plans

Recurring billing begins on the launch, activation, or other active-production date stated in the accepted scope. The plan identifies the hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, usage, updates, integrations, and support included in the recurring amount.

3-month commitment and early-cancellation fee

Monthly Halenor plans include a 3-month minimum commitment billed monthly. If you cancel early during that commitment window, the remaining committed months are due at the regular monthly price (the early-cancellation balance). The 75% off first-month offer applies only with this commitment. After the commitment window, cancellation follows the Cancellation Policy month-to-month rules unless the accepted scope states otherwise.

Usage, provider, and processing fees

Payment-processing, email, text, phone, AI, storage, domain, software, advertising, API, and other provider costs are identified as included, capped, passed through, or billed directly by the provider. Actual usage can vary. Material changes in usage or provider pricing are reviewed before the customer’s Halenor plan changes, except where a provider bills the customer directly under its own terms.

Taxes and currency

Prices are stated in the currency shown in the accepted scope. Applicable sales, use, telecommunications, or similar taxes may be added when required. Customers remain responsible for taxes based on their own income, operations, products, or employees.

Payment authorization and receipts

By approving a payment method, the customer authorizes Halenor and the approved processor to collect the stated one-time, milestone, recurring, and usage charges. Transactional receipts and billing notices are sent to the supplied billing contact.

Failed and past-due payments

Halenor may retry a failed payment, request an updated method, and pause work, launch, hosting, automation, updates, support, or access after applicable notice. Restoring a paused service may require payment of the past-due balance and reasonable provider or reactivation costs disclosed before restoration.

Changes and additional work

Work outside the accepted scope is not automatically added to the current price. Halenor identifies the scope, price, timing impact, and recurring effect of a material change before the additional work proceeds.

Refunds, credits, cancellation, and disputes

Refunds and credits account for work completed, reserved capacity, delivered assets, provider charges, and the accepted project terms. Cancellation follows the Cancellation Policy. Billing concerns should be sent to support@halenor.com with the request reference and charge details before a payment dispute is filed so the project record can be reviewed.
