Billing terms
Plans include a 3-month minimum commitment billed monthly. Cancel early and the remaining committed months are due at the regular monthly price. The 75% off first-month offer applies only with this commitment.
While the launch setup-fee waiver applies, catalog setup fees are $0 due today (card saved). When the waiver is off, setup amounts on each plan apply. Full commercial terms: Terms of Service.

Separate discovery product
Halenor studies how your business operates, identifies the highest-value automation opportunities, recommends the systems and AI integrations that fit the work, and gives you an implementation roadmap with a build price range. It is not required before the launch purchases.
The $500 payment purchases the Audit and its deliverables. It is not a recurring subscription and does not automatically authorize a separate build.
If you choose Halenor to implement the approved automation scope, the full $500 Audit fee is credited once toward that implementation invoice. You pay only the remaining approved build balance.

Website intake is required before Halenor builds or launches the site.

Business information and required carrier registration are completed before messaging becomes Active.
One Communications setup covers voice, text registration, and Calendar together.
The $550 setup is the $200 Website setup plus one $350 Communications setup for Phone + Text together.
