  • Circumventing authentication, permissions, rate limits, monitoring, provider safeguards, or security controls.
  • Scanning, testing, scraping, or collecting data without authorization.
  • Sharing secure project or internal links with unauthorized people.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Content or activity that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or malicious.
  • Impersonation, fabricated credentials, fake reviews, misleading claims, or manipulation intended to deceive customers or the public.
  • Unlawful discrimination, exploitation of children, nonconsensual intimate material, or content that creates a credible risk of harm.
  • Use that violates a provider’s rules or another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or contractual rights.

Messaging, phone, and automation

Email, text, phone, AI, scraping, and automated workflows must use lawful recipients, valid consent, accurate identification, required disclosures, opt-out handling, reasonable frequency, and human review where needed. Halenor does not support spam, caller-ID deception, unlawful recording, harassment, or automated decisions prohibited by applicable law.

Payments and commerce

Payment and commerce experiences must use approved providers and may not facilitate prohibited goods, stolen property, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized financial activity, or evasion of provider restrictions. The customer remains responsible for product, tax, refund, fulfillment, and consumer-protection obligations.

Investigation and enforcement

Halenor may request information, preserve relevant records, limit functionality, remove content, pause work, rotate access, notify a provider, or suspend or terminate service when activity appears to violate this policy or create a security, legal, or public-safety risk. Halenor considers the nature, severity, history, and available corrective action.
