FAQ
Short answers to the questions that usually slow a decision down.
Pricing, account requirements, delivery, ownership, usage, cancellation, custom work, and support should be understandable without opening a sales conversation.
Do I need an account just to see prices?
No. Pricing, product details, and demos are public. A verified Halenor business account is required when you start a real purchase so the order, billing customer, subscription, and service stay tied to the correct organization.
What does the Managed Website cost?
$200 setup today, then $40/month after activation. Halenor Calendar is included while the Website is active.
Can I start with only one service?
Yes. Current public purchases start from Pricing: Halenor Calendar, Managed Website, or an approved Custom AI Integration deposit. AI Phone, Business Texting, and Phone + Text plans are purchasable. Purchase starts setup — they are not Active until configuration, provider review, and a successful test or registration approval. Email Automation, Advanced Calendar, and Business Ops are not current public checkout options.
Can I buy Halenor Calendar by itself?
Yes. Halenor Calendar is $50/month after activation with a 3-month commitment and $0 setup. It is also included with qualifying Website plans.
Can I cancel recurring services?
Monthly plans include a 3-month commitment. Cancel early and remaining months are due at the regular price. After the commitment, future renewals can be cancelled so they do not continue. Provider-backed cancellation and renewal state stay attached to the business account.
Can Halenor just take messages?
Yes. AI Phone can be configured as a receptionist or message taker — capture who called, why, and how to reach them — without requiring booking. Booking stays optional and only runs when Calendar booking is enabled for that line.
Can AI Phone transfer calls without Calendar?
Yes. Transfers and department or on-call routing do not require Halenor Calendar. Calendar is only required when you want AI Phone to book appointments into real availability.
What happens on a transfer if nobody answers?
If a live transfer does not connect, Halenor follows the configured fallback — typically take a message, offer a callback, or send a missed-call text when Business Texting is Active and the caller has consented.
Can I keep my existing number?
Often yes. Eligible numbers can be ported into Halenor. Keep your current carrier active until the port completes. Text messaging still needs carrier Business Texting registration approval before outbound texts are Active.
Can I text while Business Texting registration is pending?
No. Composer and outbound text automations stay blocked until registration is approved, a number is attached, and texting is Active. AI Phone can still take calls when Phone is provisioned.
Does Halenor record calls?
Call recording is not a soft-launch default. If recording is enabled later for a business, callers get the required disclosure and recording stays off unless that control is explicitly turned on.
What if Calendar is unavailable during a call?
AI Phone will not invent an appointment. It can take a message, offer a callback, or share that booking is temporarily unavailable — it does not fake a confirmed booking without Calendar truth.
Can I turn booking off?
Yes. AI Phone call modes can run without booking. When booking is off, the assistant answers, routes, and takes messages without offering appointment times.
How fast is the Managed Website normally delivered?
First preview target: 5–7 business days. Typical launch target: 7–14 business days. These are normal delivery targets, not a guaranteed deadline. Revisions, missing content, custom integrations, and third-party/domain approvals can extend the schedule.
Can Halenor build custom software?
Yes. Dashboards, portals, marketplaces, booking systems, SaaS products, and operational tools can use the custom-build path after the users, workflows, data, permissions, and integrations are understood.
Can Halenor work with tools I already use?
Existing domains, calendars, inboxes, forms, CRMs, payment providers, databases, and approved APIs can be evaluated rather than replaced automatically.
How do I contact support?
Use support@halenor.com. If the request is about an existing project or account, include the business name and request/account reference when available.
