How to request cancellation
Send the request from an authorized customer email to support@halenor.com with the subject “Cancellation” and include the project reference, service, requested effective date, and any domain or data-transfer instructions. Halenor confirms the effective date and remaining responsibilities in writing.
3-month commitment (current monthly plans)
Monthly Halenor plans include a 3-month minimum commitment billed monthly, consistent with the Payment Terms. If you cancel early during that commitment window, the remaining committed months are due at the regular monthly price (the early-cancellation balance). The 75% off first-month offer applies only with this commitment. After the commitment window ends, cancellation follows the month-to-month rules below unless the accepted scope states otherwise.
Month-to-month plans (after commitment)
After the 3-month commitment window (or when an accepted scope states month-to-month with no minimum term), a plan ends at the close of the current paid billing period after a valid cancellation request is confirmed. Service normally remains active through that paid period, and the next recurring charge is stopped.
Other minimum terms and financed builds
A plan that finances initial build work, reserves production capacity, includes a stated minimum term beyond the standard 3-month commitment, or spreads a setup fee across recurring payments remains subject to the accepted commitment. Any early-cancellation balance or transition charge is disclosed in the accepted project terms before billing begins.
Cancellation before work begins
When cancellation occurs before material work or reserved production begins, Halenor refunds the unearned portion of amounts paid, less nonrefundable third-party charges, purchased assets, domain fees, and work already completed. The written scope identifies any nonrefundable deposit or reservation amount.
Cancellation after work begins
Completed work, approved milestones, reserved capacity, purchased assets, and noncancelable provider costs remain payable. Halenor provides the deliverables, access, or transition items required by the accepted scope after applicable balances are resolved.
Domains, hosting, and data transition
Customer-owned domains remain the customer’s property. Halenor provides the agreed transfer, DNS, export, credential, or handoff process after identity and account authorization are verified and applicable balances are resolved. Customers should download exports within the stated transition window. Halenor may delete hosted data after that period, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Third-party and processing charges
Registrar, payment-processing, messaging, phone, AI, software, advertising, app-store, and other provider charges are governed by the provider’s rules. Charges already incurred, committed, or marked nonrefundable by the provider are not refundable by Halenor.
Refund timing and disputes
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available. Provider processing times may affect when the funds appear. Contact support@halenor.com before filing a payment dispute so Halenor can review the project record, delivered work, and applicable cancellation terms.
