Custom Builds

When off-the-shelf software does not fit the way the business actually works.

Halenor can scope portals, dashboards, connected workflows, SaaS products, marketplaces, and operational software around the real users, data, permissions, and integrations.

Setup paid starts configuration. Services stay Not Active until activation finishes. No fake logos, counters, or testimonials on this destination.

Implementation

A small number of visible steps beats a hidden project maze.

01

Start with the $500 Audit when automation needs discovery

Halenor maps the workflow, opportunities, recommended systems, and implementation direction.

02

Approve the scope

Users, workflows, data, integrations, milestones, price, and recurring operating needs are documented before implementation.

03

Build and validate

The project moves through implementation, exception testing, secure previews, and approved revisions.

04

Launch and evolve

Release the approved product and add later phases only when they have a clear operating purpose.

Questions

The terms should make sense before you click purchase.

Why is custom software not given one public price?

A portal with two roles and no integrations is not the same product as a multi-tenant platform with payments, AI, and external APIs. Halenor prices the approved scope rather than inventing a one-size-fits-all number.

What does the Automation Audit cost?

$500 one time.

Can the Audit fee be credited?

If you choose Halenor to implement the approved automation scope, the full $500 Audit fee is credited once toward that implementation invoice. You pay only the remaining approved build balance.

Can payments be part of a custom build?

Yes, when they are part of the approved scope and the required provider, security, and lifecycle controls are defined.
